Raymond F. Bohac Junior is a photographer, artist, illustrator and graphic designer. I have found a new Muse in the modern era with the advent of digital photography and digital art tools. Now that digital cameras are finally as good if not better than film cameras and software now rivaling actual artist materials how could one not be excited.

I have retired, all of my film cameras. Not because they don’t perform but because it is more difficult to get film and get it processed to my satisfaction. The convenience of digital capture and the ability to shoot as many pictures as I want without worrying about carrying film or caring for it is absolutely irresistible. I use a Canon EOS 10D (dedicated to IR by Lifepixel), a Canon EOS 20D for backup and a Canon EOS 40D as my main camera. I always carry with me, a Canon Powershot A720 IS Digital Camera for those quick shots and opportunities.

My software is Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Lightroom, Corel Painter X, Fo2Pix Buzz Pro and others. With all of these digital darkroom tools photography has never been as exciting as it is today. I hope you enjoy my work. I am looking forward to hearing your critiques and comments.
